How to track your food in the app. You can take a picture, scan a barcode, or search for foods. The app adds up your calories, protein, carbs, and fat and shows if you are hitting your daily and weekly goals with easy-to-see gold bars. You can also use our AI meal tracker to log your meals by taking a picture of your meal and sending it to your coaches chat with /mealhelp
How to do and track your workouts in the app. You can pick your workout, follow the steps, watch videos to learn the moves, write how many reps you did, use the rest timer, and save your progress when done. It helps you know what to do each workout day.
How to take and upload progress photos in the app. It teaches you to use the built-in timer, take front, side, and back photos with the same lighting, outfit, and background each time, and reminds you not to cover your body with your phone.

Your check in form will be sent to you EVERY Sunday via the app. Clients who stay consistent with their check-ins see massive result. It's how your coach tracks your progress and keeps your plan dialled in to what's actually working for you
