2) WATCH AND FOLLOW JOURNAL EXERCISES FROM EDUCATION PORTAL:

The CMA Health Education Modules have been carefully designed to shift your Identity. Without changing your psychology you end up on a road to self-sabotage.

The guidance keeps you on track by changing your psychology for long-term success.

Each time you watch a video lesson make sure to fill out the corresponding Journal Prompts, that is how you change your default thinking and prevent self-sabotaging behavior.

3) WEIGH YOURSELF AND ENTER IT INTO TRAINERIZE, DAILY:

Weigh yourself in the morning, before you eat, after you use the bathroom, wearing the same clothes or no clothes at all

This helps to prevent weight-loss plateaus, removes the emotional response to your weight, and identifies inflammation

4) DRINK 120ml - 500ml (4-16oz) OF WATER BEFORE EATING ANYTHING:

Drinking water right before meals specifically helps you lose body fat by eating the exact same number of calories

Drink water, eat the food closest to what it looks like in nature, then the rest of your meals. (e.g. drink water, eat the fruit/vegetable, then the rest)

5) REACH OUT FOR HELP:

At no point in this program is it acceptable to be lost, stuck, or unsure on what to do to be successful. We do not require everyone to have scheduled check-in's because it removes autonomy and would only teach you how to be successful with us being there. Instead if you reach out for help on your own you develop agency and the ability to take control of your life. Nobody gets through life on their own and reaching out for help is key to long term success.
